Here are some research on the items. Some are really hard to find on the items and cant really get a lot of detail because they are so old.
B&H Tin - Benson and Hedges Ltd
Old 1940's or very early 1950's Benson & Hedges Cigarette tin. Tin has By Appointment to His Majesty The King on the lid, and the inside is bright with When Only The Best Will Do etc on it. No other information.
Clipper head -
A cutterhead unit for a hair clipper having a serrated fixed blade, a serrated movable blade engaging upon said fixed blade and adapted to reciprocate in lateral directions relative to said fixed blade, a leaf spring connecting said two blades to each other and guiding the movable blade and also pressing upon it so that it will be pressed against the fixed blade, and screw means for adjusting the positions of the blades relative to each other and for varying the pressure of the leaf spring upon the movable blade.
FROMM scissors - I'm trying to find more information on these but all I know that FROMM still sells scissors but cant find anything on the company. Not to sure what the "Ana" is on one side of them means. Was it a gift? Soon find out.
Silver ciggerate case - Not much to find on a plain case.
Antiseptic cubes - Cant find much on this. The language on the box is French. I have translated some of the wording I can read from the photos:

composition et preparation essentiellement - Composition and preparation essentially
I cant see the condition report of the manicure set at work so I will get that done tonight.
